God And Homosexuality
I have a warning to the readers of this post. I am a Christian and I fervently believe all that the Bible says and the will and Word of God. I love every person on this planet and I have the love of Jesus Christ on the inside of me and it is manifested each and every day. Simply put: I love people. This issue of homosexuality being something we are inborn is not only incorrect, but is the greatest lie that Satan has ever told. A behavior is a choice, but a skin color or genetic trait is not. If you wish to hate me for this viewpoint please know that I love you all, but like God I cannot and will not condone or stand up for sin in any form. For the record, I do not condone any violence or harm to come to anyone in this lifestyle choice. I just pray that before its too late that you meet Jesus Christ and let Him reveal to you His perfect plan. The Bible is right and is the most persecuted book on the Earth which should make people take notice of what it stands for which is the truth. The truth shall stand forever and every lie will die in the pit of Hell... Now on to the post...
Lately we have seen a march of the homosexual agenda in our great land and it truly upsets me as I see now what used to be so embarrassing and so reproachful is now in the open, blatantly and without remorse. I remember just 30 years ago how homosexuals were whispered about, but rarely seen. Many people call this progress, but I call it exactly what the Bible calls it: SIN.
The Bible talks about this in great detail in Genesis 19:1-29. Verse 5 states that the MEN of the city wanted to have sex with the angels (male forms) and God basically destroyed the city because of their great sin. Lot even offered his daughters to them and they wanted what they saw as men!
God does not ever ANYWHERE in the Bible condone or not punish homosexual couples for their SIN. He does, however, have mercy on all who repent from sin. When Jesus dies He dies for all sin for all people and that includes people ho practice this gross error.
Here are some Bible quotes:
Leviticus 18:22-23 "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."
Leviticus 20:13 "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death."
1 Corinthians 6:9 "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals"
1 Timothy 1:9-10 "realizing the fact that (civil) law is not made for a righteous man, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers and immoral men and homosexuals and kidnappers and liars and perjurers"
Romans 1:26-27 "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error."
There are many who believe that they are "born gay" or "born with the wrong sex organs" and this too is incorrect. God doesn't ever make mistakes! Romans chapter 1 (which is above) states that the NATURAL FUNCTION of the man to turn from the woman to another man. God made us in His image and likeness and if God had ordained such relationships He would have set one as an example. He did not... He put a man and a woman together in the beginning. People who felt that they were born wrong and have to change their sex are fooling themselves... Jeremiah 29:11 states that God knows the plans for us and they are GOOD. Again, if God condones such a thing why didn't He put an example in the Bible? He didn't because it is sin!
So, to all the people who claim that they are gay and Christian are fooling themselves. God doesn't condone sin and He is the Lord our God and changes NOT! These gay bishops, pastors and churches are a stain in the community that God will clean when He returns. This is not hate my friends, but scripture. Many gay pastors preach that God is love (which He is) but He is also a God of wrath that will punish sin and remove it forever. Please, don't be fooled by these people who are deluded so much by Satan that they believe their lies to be the truth!
Nevertheless I have compassion on those who are caught in the trap of homosexuality. They have been seduced by the greatest seducer of them all... Satan! I pray that all homosexuals who read this post will truly ask God for answers. Please don't take my word for it... Pray and truly ask God for what He really said! There are so many people who hate gays when they should reach out to them and show them the love of Christ! Only the love of Jesus will breach the deception and allow the truth to shine in. Shame on those who persecute gays and make them victims of violence and say that it is justified. God doesn't ordain this sort of thing for us to do. Love them as Jesus loves them, but do not condone their sin nor be silent to the truth of the Bible.
So, that all being said I take a stand where many Christians will not. Homosexuality is WRONG and is abominable and will be punished by Jesus Christ when the judgments come. It is not a civil right and it is not equal to true gender or ethnicity. IT IS SIN AND IT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED in our churches, schools or government! Every government that has accepted this sin as mainstream has been removed from the Earth! Ask Greece, Rome and others! When we go against God in such a horrific manner He will not tolerate it but so long!
Homosexuality is a SPIRIT! It must be rebuked and cast out in the Name of Jesus Christ! It has such a grip on our society today that you have gay groups protesting churches to retract statements that this is sin. Well, I'm sorry to let you know that if I was a pastor I would not retract the statement nor would I back down. The time for falling back under pressure is over and we the Church must take a stand! If you are angered by this post please leave me a message or email me so that we can discuss this. As I've said before I don't hate gays, but I pray that they may be truly saved and delivered from this abomination spirit. I love you all and I wish that I could let you see that God has a different purpose for your life. The Lord is giving all who sin time to repent, but they must act quickly. If you are feeling like you want to get out, but can't because the pull is too strong message me and I will pray for you that this bond be broken off of you. There is a way of deliverance and that way is JESUS CHRIST!
I implore anyone who is not saved or sure of where you will spend eternity please ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and that you wish Him to be the Lord of your life. No matter what you've done and no matter what you've been you are forgivable and Jesus will accept you back as His own. We all have to come to Jesus as broken and flawed as we are because He knows this and still loves us! No sinner's prayer and no pomp and circumstance. Just a one-to-one conversation with Jesus. Find a church that is focused on the Bible and not religion and then begin to read that same Bible like your life depended on it. Trust me, if you really want Jesus to live in and through you He will do just that!
